Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks a Transformation Program Director to ensure delivery of Propel and AI initiatives across HR and Marketing & Communications. You will coordinate with HR, M&C, GCO leaders, and ICCM teams, driving plans, governance, and executive reporting.

Open to candidates US-based, with emphasis on cross-functional change and technology-enabled transformation. The role requires disciplined program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and HR domain fluency to challenge scope,

Qualifications

• Significant project/program management experience in a global enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums and leadership-level reporting materials.
• Proven ability to manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated program plan, risk register, RAID log, milestone trackers, and status dashboard.
• Drive day-to-day program execution, ensuring milestones and outcomes.
• Escalate risks, decisions, and delivery concerns with clear recommendations and mitigation options.
• Coordinate cross-geo teams to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Align program with financial goals and targets related to Propel and AI initiatives.
