Formación

• Typically 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to define application requirements.
• Produce developer-friendly functional designs and user stories.
• Serve as liaison between business and engineering; provide progress updates.
• Conduct user story grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and document business processes and cross-functional workflows.
• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Research software options and advise senior management.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement technical applications.
• Lead testing efforts to ensure requirements satisfaction.
• Create process maps and data-driven models for proposed apps.
• Drive process improvements with senior leadership buy-in.
• Conduct market research to inform enterprise recommendations.
• Identify risks and craft mitigation plans; mentor junior analysts.
