Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field, OR 1 year’s experience in communications, contact center, or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Experience training others in a production-based environment or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning activities by organizing materials for course delivery and tracking learning activities.
• Lead teams by sharing resources, determining customer needs, coordinating work assignments, and supporting improvements.
• Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs with managers and partners.
• Manage new hire learning processes by coordinating orientation and onboarding and scheduling trainings.
• Demonstrate and uphold company policies and ethics, guiding others and ensuring compliance.
