Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Services, Psychology, or related field.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Four to six years related experience and/or training; one-year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll/HR systems.
• Ability to handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and mediation.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, administers and measures work activities for HR department.
• Supervises all employment activities, including recruitment, testing, reference checks.
• Maintains wage and salary administration program.
• Oversees employee benefits such as life, health, retirement plan.
• Processes payroll information and HRIS data accurately.
• Maintains confidential personnel records.
• Monitors EEO, OFCCP and corporate policies.
• Oversees staff training and development.
• Monitors overtime and scheduling to control costs.
• Ensures timely, high-quality services and supports performance management.
