Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, supervise the HR Specialist, and oversee recruitment, benefits, payroll, and compliance. You will drive employee relations, training, and policy adherence across the Center.

The role requires strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and excellent communication and leadership abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with PHR preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• MS Office and Adobe Acrobat proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance
• Experience with payroll and HR systems a plus
• Ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, administers, and measures HR activities.
• Supervises recruitment, testing, reference checks, and related matters.
• Maintains procedures for hires, transfers, and salary changes.
• Oversees wage/salary administration and benefits programs.
• Manages payroll data and HRIS records accurately and timely.
• Ensures confidentiality of personnel records and data.
• Monitors EEO, OFCCP, and corporate policies.
• Provides training and counseling to staff; oversees training.
• Addresses overtime and staffing issues and accountability.
• Supports performance management and disciplinary processes.
