Job summary

Kenco Logistics is hiring an HR Manager to lead HR services at the site, ensuring legal and policy compliance while supporting leadership with coaching and programs. The role emphasizes data integrity in HRIS, employee relations, and benefits coordination.

The position also focuses on developing orientation, training, and performance coaching programs, while partnering with leadership to implement effective HR strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of HR services at the distribution center.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR data via HRIS including hires, terminations, performance, and payroll info.
• Develop orientation program and manage employee benefits liaison.
• Train management and staff on employment-related topics including harassment and performance coaching.
