Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and payroll administration. This role partners with site leadership and the corporate office to apply policies and best practices while ensuring HR processes are compliant and efficient.

The successful candidate will build relationships, guide policy application, and coordinate programs across health, retirement, performance management, and incentives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent years of experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources with progressive duties.
• Experience in warehousing, third party logistics and/or distribution centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and coach employees and management regarding employee relations and policy application.
• Administer company programs and benefits and liaise with corporate for change management; conduct trainings as needed.
• Coordinate benefit meetings during open enrollment and manage new hire/termination paperwork in system records.
• Perform recruiting duties for non-exempt roles and liaise with temporary agencies as needed.
• Oversee onboarding for new employees, including UltiPro system setup and orientation.
• Prepare routine reports to support business needs and advocate for company programs.
