Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Human Resources Manager to lead HR services at our distribution center. You will ensure policy and legal compliance, coach managers, manage HR data, and drive training and onboarding initiatives.

This role collaborates with leadership to develop HR strategies and supports safety and employee development. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an HR Generalist, a Bachelor’s in HR, and PHR/SPHR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR services at the distribution center.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Provide coaching to managers and employees.
• Maintain HR data via HRIS including hires, terminations, and payroll information.
• Develop and maintain orientation programs for new employees.
• Coordinate annual HR Improvement Plan.
• Travel 25–50% as needed.
