Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred or 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year managing human resource processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement business plans and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Manage daily HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll and recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and HR systems, and support training for associates and managers.
• Identify training and development needs, supervise and develop associates and leaders, and provide feedback.
