Under the Director, this role coordinates the campus scorecard, tracks training completion, generates analytics and reports, and provides accessibility support for staff, faculty, administrators, auxiliaries, volunteers, and

Qualifications

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute.
Strong knowledge of HR standards, policies, and regulatory requirements affecting higher education.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects with attention to compliance deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to managers, staff, and faculty.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for required student and staff training programs and track mandatory compliance modules.
Monitor non-compliance and collaborate with campus units to ensure timely actions and remediation.
Prepare compliance reports, analytics, and documentation for internal and regulatory review.
Maintain HR compliance content across portals and assist users with training access and issues.
Support personnel learning needs, including accessibility and dissemination of training materials.
