Shaw Industries is hiring an HR Trainer to support the Training Department at plant WM. You will orient, train, and educate associates to perform jobs safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes on‑the‑job training across all shifts and collaboration with HR and plant leadership.

The position requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Apps, and strong verbal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Microsoft Office or Google Apps proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both group and individual.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on production schedule.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Drive and support training and development in the plant.
• Oversee on‑the‑job training across all shifts.
• Train associates on plant procedures and policies.
• Develop and revise training material as needed.
• Serve as SME for training and development needs for hourly associates.
• Coordinate with Management, supervisors, OJTs, and HR.
• Maintain training records for audits and reporting.
• Lead or facilitate departmental and plant meetings.
• Deliver instructor-led training including safety and HR content.
• Provide translation/interpretation for plant communications.
