Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience with ADP HRIS Time and Attendance and payroll modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for time and attendance inquiries from employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage Payroll Mailbox and respond to inquiries timely.
• Review and audit time entry data in ADP Time and Attendance Portal prior to payroll.
• Monitor exception reports and follow up on missing or incorrect entries.
• Assist with corrections, overrides, and adjustments to time records.
• Coordinate with Finance to align time records with payroll cycles and deadlines.
• Provide training and ongoing support to timekeepers on T&A processes.
• Maintain documentation of recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
