Job summary

Green Dot Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology & Operations to lead the HR technology function, own Workday administration, governance, and reporting, and partner with HR leadership to define a multi-year roadmap.

This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring collaboration with IT, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to modernize HR systems, improve data quality, and drive an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership within HR Technology/Operations.
• Advanced hands-on Workday experience across Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Experience owning HR technology operations, governance, reporting.
• Proven experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives, evaluations, and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Technology & Operations, governance, and process improvements.
• Develop and execute multi-year HR technology roadmaps with the Head of HR Tech.
• Oversee HRIS evaluations, vendor selections, and implementations.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Compliance, and Internal Audit to optimize systems.
• Drive data governance, security, and reporting across HR platforms.
