Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior HR Technology leader to own the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform and drive the HR Technology roadmap in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business partners.

The role focuses on optimizing employee experience through automation, analytics, and self-service, while leading a team of analysts and developers to deliver strategic HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business or an analytical discipline and minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated project management, process analysis, operations management skills.
• Demonstrated business acumen, influencing and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical owner of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform.
• Develop and execute the HR Technology - ServiceNow roadmap aligned with HR and business objectives.
• Lead HR Technology analysts, administrators, developers, and consultants.
• Oversee budget, contracts and delivery timelines.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
