Job summary

Exelon Corporation in Chicago is seeking a seasoned leader to steer HR Technology – ServiceNow, translating HR requirements into scalable technology solutions. This role partners with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to deliver automated, user-friendly services.

The position oversees a team of analysts and developers, driving roadmap execution, digital adoption, and data analytics to improve HR processes across onboarding, offboarding, leave, and related workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business or analytical discipline with minimum 10 years related experience.
Experience managing multiple teams or business functions (3–5 years).
Demonstrated project management, process analysis, operations management skills.
Demonstrated business acumen, influencing and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional and technical owner of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform with HR and IT stakeholders.
Develop and execute the HR Technology – ServiceNow roadmap aligned with HR objectives.
Lead redesign and automation of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, leave management).
Lead HR Technology analysts, administrators, developers, and consultants; foster Agile delivery.
Manage relationships with ServiceNow and partners; oversee budgets and timelines.
