You will:

  • Support the maintenance, administration, and day-to-day operation of HR technology solutions, including the organization's Infor CloudSuite Human Capital Management platform.
  • Troubleshoot routine and moderately complex system issues, research solutions, and elevate matters requiring additional expertise, risk assessment, or cross-functional coordination.

  • Maintain routine HR reports and support ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Review data to identify discrepancies, trends, process risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support dashboards, workforce reporting, operational analytics, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, validation, and quality‑control activities.
  • Serve as a resource for HR teams, employees, and managers regarding assigned HR technology processes and system functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, IT partners, vendors, and business users to support effective system operations, enhancements, training, and adoption.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered; approximately 4+ years of relevant experience may substitute for the required degree.
  • Ideally 2-5 years of experience supporting HR technology systems, HRIS functions, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, reporting, or related HR operations.
  • Experience supporting a cloud‑based HCM platform such as Infor CloudSuite, Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, or a comparable system.
  • Experience with system administration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, data maintenance, or process‑improvement activities.
  • Experience collaborating with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to support technology solutions and operational needs.
  • Experience working with HR data and reporting to identify issues, support decision‑making, and improve business processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, customer‑service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, documentation, testing, quality assurance, privacy, security, governance, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage assigned work independently while appropriately seeking guidance and escalating risk.
