Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an HR Technology Coordinator at the Saint Louis Support Center to serve as a liaison for end-users, handle inquiries, and ensure data integrity in Workday. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include testing new processes, creating guides, and building reports while supporting HR operations and data governance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of HR Technology or other systems-related experience required.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR Technology liaison to end-users via calls and emails.
• Respond to inquiries to meet the 24-hour service-level agreement.
• Analyze, validate, and audit system data.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Provide guidance on issue resolution and change management.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external customers to gather data for the business.
• Assist in ongoing document retention and file retrieval.
• Complete system testing of new processes.
• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities to ensure timely handling.
• Create and maintain HR Technology process and user guides.
• Build and update system reports as requested by end-users.
• Maintain knowledge of HR areas to support system and reporting needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
