Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Workday HR Functional Consultant to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation and workforce management initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive Workday HCM experience and consulting background delivering end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, with strong knowledge of Core HR, HCM modules and Business Processes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM, Organization Management and Business Process Framework.
• Experience leading requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fitgap analysis with HR and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into Workday HR solutions and functional designs.
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support data migration, testing, defect resolution and production deployment activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and user training materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, security and regulatory requirements.

Role Summary

Seeking a Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM Human Capital Management to lead requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation and workforce management initiatives

Consulting experience with at least one endtoend Workday HCM implementation

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
