Air National Guard Units in Kentucky is seeking a HR SPEC (INFORMATION SYSTEMS/MILITARY) at GS-0201-09 to provide broad advisory services, analyze operational problems, and ensure compliance with military HR policies.

You will manage the MilPDS suite (MilPDS, vPC, PRDA EOM) and support system security and user access, training, and data reporting across base personnel.

Responsabilités

• Provide broad management advisory services and resolve operational problems.
• Interpret DoD policies affecting MilPDS and recommend enhancements.
• Manage MilPDS-related systems including MilPDS, vPC, PRDA EOM.
• Provide technical support for system security and user access.
• Develop and analyze data products for FSS work centers and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate training on Military Personnel Data System for MPF and users.
