Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Contractor Project & Business Analyst to support enterprise learning and HR technology initiatives. You will bridge business and technical teams to drive project execution, testing, documentation, governance, and operational readiness.

The role involves gathering requirements, coordinating UAT, tracking risks and issues, and coordinating with HR, IT, vendors, and partners to ensure successful system implementations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, systems analysis, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience supporting large, cross functional technology projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process documentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating UAT, and system testing activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, status tracking, and workstream coordination.
• Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, process flows, governance materials, operating procedures, and decision logs.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and validation.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Support reporting, KPI development, and data validation efforts.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Workforce Development, IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Support communications, training, change management, and operational readiness efforts.
• Assist with system implementation, configuration validation, integrations testing, and production readiness activities.
