Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Business Analyst 3 (Contract) to support and optimize the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, focusing primarily on Workday Recruiting. This hybrid role offers part-time hours and requires strong experience with Workday testing and configuration.

The successful candidate will lead discovery sessions and perform system impact analyses, working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure operational excellence and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Perform impact analysis across Workday Recruiting and downstream integrations.
• Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle including test strategy, plans, scenarios, scripts, and defect management.
