Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Manager, HR Technology - Recruiting & Journeys in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). You will own strategic HR tech platforms, including Oracle Recruiting and Journeys, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver superior user experiences and operational excellence.

The role demands a strong product mindset, experience in HR tech, and ability to drive collaboration with Oracle and internal stakeholders to advance our recruiting journeys and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, MIS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree in HR Technology or related field.
• 7+ years as Product Owner in HR Tech space (preferred)
• 5+ years of Oracle Recruiting or Journeys experience
• 5+ years of proven management experience: documenting processes & workflows
• 2+ years working with agile delivery teams
• Experience with Eightfold and Oracle HCM implementations is a plus
• Experience supporting talent acquisition and identifying tech improvements

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and share a product vision and roadmap for Oracle Recruiting, Journeys, and related tech.
• Lead and develop analysts, manage performance evaluations, and oversee system enhancements.
• Prioritize incidents, enhancements and projects with stakeholders based on feasibility and ROI.
• Collaborate across Talent Acquisition to drive onboarding journeys and related processes.
• Partner with Oracle product teams to influence product roadmap and guided journeys.
• Serve as liaison with Digital HR and IT, participate in agile ceremonies, and oversee integrations and training.
• Ensure HCM data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
