Ford in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to leaders across operations. You will shape and execute an HR agenda to enable delivery of organizational goals, partnering with the HRBP Director to optimize talent, engagement and the employee experience.

You’ll engage in workforce planning, high-potential development and change management, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Willingness to relocate depending on job location.
• Experience with organization design and change management.
• Willingness to work in person at Ford's Dearborn, MI headquarters.

Responsibilities

• HR consulting and coaching: Partner with business leaders to solve people and culture issues across hiring, performance, rewards and org design.
• Enabling business change: Collaborate to support People and Culture strategies aligned to business objectives.
• HR program advocacy: Communicate HR initiatives' value and support program rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Talent Partnership: Work with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence on workforce planning and succession.
• Organization Design and Change Management: Lead changes affecting teams and functions.
