ADP is hiring a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service requests for WorkForce Now. You will partner with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists, and vendors to ensure a seamless client experience.

The role requires strong communication, trust-building, and the ability to adapt in a structured, metrics-driven call center setting, with a focus on client satisfaction and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is not required, but nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver for clients, identifying solutions and outcomes.
• Educate clients on ADP products and translate input into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Balance workload in a metrics-driven, dynamic environment and provide timely follow-up.
