ADP is seeking a Human Resources Solution Specialist to serve as the primary contact for Comprehensive HR clients and manage service tickets for WorkForce Now (WFN) HR tech.

You will collaborate with Resource Manager, Payroll, Benefits Specialists, and vendors to ensure seamless support and high client satisfaction in a metrics-driven setting. Training will be provided to enable success, with emphasis on clear, proactive communication and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience appreciated.
• Military experience welcomed.
