• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and operational decision‑making.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and data visualizations for management.
• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, technology, and operational teams.

We are currently seeking candidates for an HR Operations & Analytics Manager opportunity with a large healthcare organization located in Boston, MA. The HR Operations & Analytics Manager will support a combination of workforce administration, payroll‑related operations, reporting, and data analysis while helping leadership better understand staffing and departmental performance. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across HR/workforce operations and analytics, with strong Excel and reporting skills and the ability to turn data into clear, useful information for business leaders. This HR Operations & Analytics Manager opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing day‑to‑day operational responsibilities with analytical and process improvement work.

This is a 3+ month contract-to-hire opportunity paying between $40-$54/hour, depending on experience. The position follows a hybrid work model in Boston, MA.
