Hyatt is seeking a Human Resources professional to support employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration at our Jeffersonville location. You will help oversee postings, applicant screening, interviews, and coordination of onboarding activities.

You will also assist with visa coordination when necessary, maintain personnel files, and support HR projects and communications across the hotel. The role requires professionalism and knowledge of HR policies and local regulations.

Qualificações

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with HR policies and local labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain employee records and HR files.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, postings, and interviews.
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews; refer candidates to department heads.
• Arrange job fairs and screening events; post vacancy announcements.
