The ideal candidate will oversee employee relations, training plans, and payroll processes, ensuring effective HR operations in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Two+ years of full-service HR management experience in hospitality preferred (Hilton/Embassy Suites brand a plus).
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the administration and staffing of all HR functions.
• Oversee recruiting, training, wage/benefit administration, and compliance activities.
• Provide departments with personnel guidance and support to achieve guest service and business objectives.
• Develop training plans and assess training needs for employees and conduct training when necessary.
