If you’re ready for a high-impact HRBP role in one of the world’s most dynamic tech hubs, we want to hear from you.

The Role

We’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support our US teams and leadership. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across People Operations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Culture, ensuring our rapidly expanding team is supported, engaged, and set up to perform at their best.

This role is ideal for someone who has, already worked in a fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology environment and understands the unique challenges of scaling technical, commercial, and client-facing teams.

You will play a central role in shaping our employee experience, supporting managers, and building an HR framework that blends structure with agility.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
  • Guide managers through people decisions including org planning, performance, and development
  • Support workforce planning, role leveling, and compensation alignment
  • Lead employee relations with a fair, balanced, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Coach leaders on building high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Drive engagement initiatives and support talent development programs
  • Collaborate with global HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Ops teams on company-wide programs
  • Leverage HR data to influence decisions and improve employee experience
  • Champion company values and culture as we scale
What You Bring
  • 8+ years HR experience, ideally including HRBP work within a fintech software vendor, SaaS company, or enterprise technology provider
  • Strong understanding of scaling tech organizations and supporting cross-functional teams
  • Experience coaching managers and partnering with senior leadership
  • Confident handling employee relations and complex HR matters
  • Strong working knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices
  • Data-driven approach with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth culture
  • Competitive base salary of $150,000 + bonus + comprehensive benefits
  • High visibility and influence — this role shapes our US people strategy
  • A dynamic, international fintech environment where innovation and collaboration matter
  • Opportunity to build structure, elevate processes, and support scaling efforts
  • Work with smart, mission-driven teams building industry-leading software
