Weaver Popcorn Manufacturing in Van Buren, Indiana, is seeking an HR & Development Specialist to lead recruiting, own onboarding, and strengthen the team member experience. You will partner with the HR Business Partner and plant leaders to support candidate interviews, orientation, and development across shifts on-site.

The role requires 3+ years in HR or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related area, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
• Own onboarding from offer through first 90 days, including orientation and training coordination.
• Gather feedback and use data to refine onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
• Coordinate HR administration, leave processes, unemployment claims, attendance, and HR records.
