HR-Tech-Solution, a small HR technology consulting firm, seeks an HRIS Coordinator to keep client work moving. You will handle core HR coordination tasks, troubleshoot basic HRIS issues, and support senior consultants on projects across multiple clients.

This individual contributor role offers a clear path toward specialist or consultant as skills grow, with fast-paced, audit-ready record-keeping and hands-on HRIS support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR coordinator, HR assistant, HR generalist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS or HCM system and data entry + basic reporting.
• Onboarding, I-9, benefits enrollment and leave tracking knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills: sorting, filtering, lookups and basic pivot tables.
• Proven ability to handle high volume quickly and accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain employee records and HR files in client systems, audit-ready.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 and E-Verify, system setup and exit steps.
• Process employee changes such as job, pay, status and address updates.
• Support benefits administration and respond to eligibility questions.
