Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP in Tampa, FL seeks a Human Resources Systems Senior Manager to oversee the HR Systems Team and drive the design, maintenance, and upgrade of HR systems including Workday. The role focuses on security, data analysis, strategy, and project leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 9+ years of HRIS management experience, with strong knowledge of systems administration and Workday implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as computer science, information services, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in, and extensive knowledge of, HR information systems management, data analytics and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, testing and operation; knowledge of application of computer software for automating highly diverse agency/organization activities
• Experience with Workday Applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Systems Team.
• Administer and maintain all HR systems software.
• Develop technical policies and procedures regarding HR systems and software activities.
• Coordinate software installations/upgrades and train administrators as needed per project.
• Coordinate assigned service requests to meet department dates requested within established department standards.
• Test, evaluate and recommend selections of standard HR software components in the firm.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with end users, vendors, and managers.
• Manage system security.
• Special projects and duties as assigned.
