Job summary

Kentucky United Methodist Homes for Children and Youth is seeking an HR Operations & Systems Specialist to support Paycom implementation and payroll processing. The role requires careful management of employee data, HR workflows, and system administration while partnering with HR, leadership, and external partners.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR/payroll experience, with preference for nonprofit or human services environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin or related field preferred; or
• Two to four years of HR, payroll, HRIS, recruiting, or related experience.
• Experience in nonprofit, behavioral health, healthcare, child welfare, or human services environment preferred.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or other HR certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Paycom implementation, migration, and payroll data management.
• Help establish HR process documentation and system workflows.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment screening processes.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and HR records, ensuring compliance.
