Job summary
Vinson & Elkins is seeking an HR Systems Data Analyst to design and maintain integrations across HR-related platforms, ensuring accurate data flow for employee, benefits, and talent data. The role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI skills, with a focus on automating manual processes and improving reporting capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience with HRIS and related systems, system integration, database programming, and reporting in professional services.
- Experience with Oracle and middleware tools preferred.
- Proven ability to develop automated data solutions for HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain databases related to HR, benefits, and talent management systems.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across HRIS integrations.
- Develop advanced queries and reports for HR/Benefits teams.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and IT to automate data workflows and improve reporting.
