D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking an HR Systems & Operations Analyst to administer core HR systems and data, delivering reliable solutions with strong data integrity.

You will work with IT, FP&A, Payroll, external vendors, and the broader Human Capital team to improve processes and user experience. The ideal candidate has at least two years in an analyst role, is proficient in Excel, and can gather requirements, build dashboards, and maintain integrations while protecting confidential

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in application administration or similar analyst role.
• Experience with Workday or another HRIS is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.
• Experience with data flows, mapping, and source tables.
• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and communication.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or with teams.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Responsibilities

• Drive, administer, and support HR technology platforms (Workday, PM systems, LMS, ATS, volunteer portal, other HR tools).
• Configure, develop, and maintain dashboards and analytics.
• Analyze outputs, resolve discrepancies, ensure compliance with policies on sensitive data.
• Prepare and execute data loads to/from HR systems and third-party providers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain integrations and configurations.
• Test releases, upgrades, and new functionality; participate in UAT.
• Evaluate HR processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Establish governance practices and project intake procedures.
• Maintain system documentation and training materials.
• Stay current through ongoing training and development.
• Provide systems/operational support for HR cycles and initiatives.
• Assist with special projects.
