Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Technical Manager to design, develop, and implement automation and reporting solutions for HR operations at our Phoenix campus. You will partner with HR stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and build scalable Python-based tooling that reduces manual tasks.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, integrating systems like Workday and HRIS, and ensuring data privacy and security while maintaining thorough documentation for solutions and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in application development, preferably in HR domain.
• Experience with cloud-based HR solutions.
• Certification in relevant programming languages or HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities in HR processes and manual tasks.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and related technologies.
• Design dashboards and user-friendly tools to streamline workflows.
