Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Business Analyst to support HR analytics and reporting strategy at our Phoenix corporate campus. You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze HR program data, and partner with HR and non-HR teams to drive data-informed decisions.

This onsite role requires Power BI, SQL, and Excel proficiency; Workday knowledge is a plus. You will extract data from data warehouses and present insights to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.

Qualifications

• Experience using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to deliver actionable HR insights.
• Knowledge of Workday or similar HR platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Phoenix operations and U-Haul processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on HR program data to provide actionable intel to U-Haul leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract data from Workday, Databricks, and SQL-based data warehouses; validate and clean data.
