MetroPlusHealth is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to serve as a seasoned functional and analytical resource for HR technology, data, reporting, and process improvement. You will evaluate complex business needs, translate requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions, safeguard data quality, and provide insights that support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, business, data analytics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 4 years of progressive HRIS, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Experience with at least one commercial HRIS platform and HRIS concepts.
• Experience creating complex reports and dashboards for exec audiences.
• Knowledge of data privacy and access controls.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SME for HRIS modules, reporting tools, interfaces; analyze issues and propose solutions.
• Define workforce metrics and data requirements with HR stakeholders.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports on recruitment, onboarding, turnover, etc.
• Monitor data quality and conduct audits; implement controls.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders on integrations and data feeds.
• Provide executive-ready analyses and materials for leadership.
• Provide guidance to HR users and training needs.
