MetroPlusHealth is seeking an HR Technology Analyst to serve as a seasoned analytical resource for HR technology, data, reporting, and process improvement. You will translate complex needs into scalable HRIS solutions while safeguarding data quality and delivering workforce insights to executives.

You will design dashboards for recruiting, onboarding, employee movement, labor relations, compensation, attendance, turnover, and demographics, and partner across HR, IT, and vendors to enhance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, HR, business, or data analytics.
• 4 years of progressive HRIS, analytics, or workforce reporting experience.
• Experience with at least one commercial HRIS platform and reporting.
• Experience creating complex reports and dashboards for executives.

Mansioni

• Serve as a functional/analytical resource for HR technology, data, and reporting.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports on recruitment, onboarding, turnover, and demographics.
• Ensure data quality, perform audits, and reconcile data across systems.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to improve HR systems.
