Job summary

Metropolitan Jewish Health System is seeking an experienced HRIS leader to own strategy, administration, and optimization of key HR systems, including iCIMS, Infor CloudSuite, and UKG. You will drive data integrity, automate workflows, and generate strategic reporting for informed decisions.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure HR tech solutions and continuous improvements. Strong leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive technical experience in HRIS administration or HR technology management.
• Experience administering and supporting iCIMS is required.
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite and/or UKG is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, data governance, system integrations, and reporting.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRIS Director on HR systems strategy, administration, and optimization.
• Serve as secondary owner for unassigned HR tech; ensure data integrity and compliant reporting.
• Lead governance, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and vendors to deliver scalable HR tech solutions.
