Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the North America HR team across analytics, documentation, and talent initiatives. The role is project-based with a defined start and end date, offering exposure to global HR practices in a medical technology environment.

Responsibilities include compiling headcount and turnover data, building HR reports, drafting process docs, organizing job profiles, and supporting interview logistics and candidate materials.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Admin, I-O Psychology, Analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and common lookup/text functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Support People Analytics & Reporting activities and HR data processes.
• Assist with HR documentation, job architecture, and library organization.
• Support talent programs tasks including candidate materials and interview logistics.
• Assist in Employee Programs and engagement activities and survey analysis.
