Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in HR, Business, or Analytics with sophomore standing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support People Analytics and reporting by compiling headcount, turnover, and recruiting data
• Create and refresh charts and tables for HR management reviews
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and hiring-pipeline trend summaries
• Draft process documentation, job aids, and SOPs under supervision
• Assist in building job architecture and cataloging job profiles
