ABB is seeking a Business Analyst in Cary, NC to support Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll within Workday and UKG Pro. You will partner with IS, HRBPs and vendors to optimize HR data systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

A strong HRIS background and 8+ years of experience are required. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, detailed requirement specifications, system lifecycle support, and training for HR users.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and HCM core areas, Kronos/UKG Pro.
• Deep Understanding of payroll processes and data flows between HR, Benefits, Stock, Compensation and Payroll.
• Experience working with functional HR teams in the development and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiencies and performance.

Responsabilités

• Support and optimize the design, development and performance of key HR data systems and processes.
• Ensure functionality of new systems to meet business and compliance requirements.
• Maintain system compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR and SOX.
• Build strong relationships across HR to deliver excellent customer service and respond to requests.
• Act as SME for UKG Pro, Workday Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll.
