Job summary

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst 2 to support HR applications, system integrations, and process automation from Tulsa. The role combines HR systems support with low-code development and AI-driven automation, troubleshooting integrations and coordinating releases with Azure DevOps.

You will gather requirements, develop automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, and build dashboards while ensuring data security and change management compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience, including HRIS or HCM systems.
• Hands-on Workday experience with integrations, business processes, reporting, or security.
• Experience with low-code platforms such as Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Practical experience using AI or generative AI tools to improve business processes.
• Knowledge of system integrations, SFTP/PGP file transfers, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and change-management controls.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

Fuse3 Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst 2 to support HR applications, system integrations, and process automation for an established organization in Tulsa. This role is ideal for a business systems professional with hands-on Workday experience and a passion for improving business processes through technology.

The position combines HR systems support with low-code development and AI-driven automation. The successful candidate will troubleshoot integrations, collaborate with technical and business teams, and develop solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workday and other HR applications, including troubleshooting integrations with external vendors.

• Manage integration testing, file transfers, system changes, and release coordination.

• Gather requirements, document user stories, and manage application requests through Azure DevOps.

• Build automated workflows and applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar tools.

What We’re Looking For

• Workday Studio, EIB, or Workday certification experience.

• Familiarity with Copilot Studio, AI agents, Power BI, or SQL.

• Experience supporting vendor integrations or enterprise HR applications.

• Background in energy, utilities, or another regulated industry.

• A proactive problem-solver who can balance application support with automation initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay of $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
