Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst II to support HR technology, with strong Business Systems Analysis and hands-on Workday knowledge.

The role focuses on HR systems support and integrations, process automation via low-code and AI-enabled tools, and close collaboration with HR stakeholders; onsite; no visa sponsorship; 6-month W2; local candidates within commuting distance preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience supporting HR technology, HRIS, or HCM platforms.
• Experience supporting system integrations and vendor interfaces.
• Experience with Agile environments and using Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on Workday experience including integrations, reporting, security, or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing, deployments, and change management activities.
• Manage application enhancement requests and backlog prioritization.
• Assist with vendor communications, project tracking, and system administration activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and user stories.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues involving third-party vendors and external systems.
• Serve as a liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams for HR technology initiatives.
• Support and troubleshoot HR applications, with an emphasis on Workday and related integrations.
• Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Identify manual processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using low-code platforms.
• Create and maintain documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative effort.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards related to employee data.
