Job summary

Accurate Personnel is hiring an HR Supervisor for Islandia, NY to advise Distribution Center management on all HR aspects and assist with staffing. The role requires 3+ years of HR generalist and supervisory experience within a warehouse/production setting.

Responsibilities include coaching DC management, coordinating performance processes, and supporting payroll/benefits. Excellent benefits, full-time, weekly pay, and on-site work in Islandia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR generalist and supervisor experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred with college-level reading/writing/speaking.
• Good organizational and teamwork skills; knowledge of DC operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise DC management on all areas of human resources.
• Assist DC Manager with employee and temp staffing.
• Coordinate performance management to ensure clear expectations and policy adherence.
• Facilitate timely communication across all employee levels.
• Partner with temporary agencies to ensure policy compliance at sites.
• Back up payroll and employee benefits processing.
