Job summary

Archway-Management in Ohio seeks an HR Supervisor to oversee all HR functions, compliance, benefits administration, and labor relations. You will manage HR staff, update policies, and serve as the primary contact for union contracts and related mediation.

Responsibilities include performance management support, regulatory adherence, and maintaining employee records. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all matters.
• Lead and train HR staff for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain and update employee handbook and HR policies.
• Handle employee relations investigations and communications.
• Support performance management and policy guidance.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and labor laws.
• Keep employment forms current (I-9, W-2, applications).
• Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems.
• Manage benefits, unemployment, and workers' comp issues.
• Oversee union/CBA compliance and hearings as needed.
• Lead recruitment and extend offers; manage candidate pipelines.
