Job summary

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and will be at least eighteen (18) years old upon hire.
• Does not require sponsorship to obtain employment authorization now or in the future.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or a similar degree program from an accredited university.
• Have and will maintain at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA.
• Have less than three (3) years of professional work experience (excluding internships/part-time jobs).

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in projects that will influence business decisions and impact the organization’s future.
• Partner with HR teams to share insights and propose recommendations and present proposals to team leaders and Sr HR leaders.
• Participate in various HR department activities such as hiring, performance management, talent development to gain exposure to these processes across the organization.
