Job summary

BNSF Railway invites applicants to join its Human Resources Management Trainee program in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time opportunity offers exposure to recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance with labor laws, with a path to leadership roles within HR.

Relocation is required if located more than 50 miles away, and up to 25% travel is expected. A Bachelor’s or graduate degree in HR/Industrial Psychology/Business is pursued with a GPA of at least 2.75.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, OR a similar degree program from an accredited university to be completed prior to hire
• Have at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA
• Less than three years of professional work experience (excluding internships)
