Job summary

This paid internship provides real responsibilities, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to support recruiting, training, and stakeholder communications within our GMP-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive between plants.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Proactive thinker and self-motivated.
• Strong time, project, and organizational management skills.
• The ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Updating our internal database with new/current employee information such as benefits, organizational structure, etc.
• Creating/updating forms and other communication material.
• Assisting with training.
• Screening resumes and applications.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with applicants.
• Participate in organizing company events.
